Are the hours spent on those personal wedding touches worth it?

It really surprised me how many of our friends said not to bother with the personal touches. I’m pleased to say, bridelings, it is possible. And you don’t have to spend a ton of moola to do so. Here are some tips on how we did ours, with tips on how to recreate:

Honeymoons: why bother?

The only thing that matched the amazing feeling I felt at our wedding was our honeymoon. We got to Heathrow early, had a breakfast of champions and a large glass of Prosecco. We felt free. We felt giggly. We felt RELIEF. We felt goooood. We also felt very little leg room. FYI: Honeymoon upgrade requests did NOT result in luxury business class.

Don’t we think it’s a little archaic to think that men and women in 2016 only ever have friends of the same sex? It does make me laugh when I see all these […]

The Oxfam wedding boutique shop: feel amazing, get first-class advice and give money to charity. WINNING. I didn’t even know there was an Oxfam wedding boutique shop, and I used to work in the charity world. Shame on me. Have you considered buying a second-hand wedding dress? If not, grab a cuppa and open your horizons… […]
