Real Bride Diaries: Lucy and Rory say ‘I do’

I’m going to 100% honest and say that I really, really didn’t enjoy organising the wedding on the whole. I think that, because I never saw myself getting married, I didn’t have a clue how I wanted my wedding to be and I just felt really overwhelmed. I knew from the start that I didn’t want to wear a white dress, that I didn’t want my Dad to ‘give me away’, that I was definitely going to make a speech, that I wasn’t going to change my name, even that I didn’t want to spend loads of money on a wedding cake!

So…I got married!

Bridelings, it actually happened. After over a year of planning, we are now Mr and Mrs DTE. We are married. We took those vows and now will (hopefully) live happily ever after. Yay us.
